An association of local businesses and professionals, working to accelerate sustainable and profitable revenue growth of $1 million and more, for themselves and other members.

A growing number of our current and past members have made award-winning and “fastest growing” lists such as the Entrepreneur Hot 100, the Business Journal Hot 100, the Ernst and Young – Entrepreneur of the Year, the US SBA – Small Business Person of the Year, and many others. One exceptional person made the Top 10 Young Internet Millionaires at age 28 (2007) and sold the business in 2011 for $1.3 Billion.

Corey Hansen, MScOD

Corey Hansen is business consultant and financial advisor with 25 years of experience focused on the success of business owners and professionals. He is also co-author of the book, “Best Practices of High Performance Entrepreneurs” (2006-2010). His goal is to help clients put in place best practices that can help accelerate growth and profitability and build a sustainable financial legacy. Corey has been featured in articles in Inc. Magazine (2008) and Go Magazine (2009).Corey has worked with over 1,000 clients and a growing number have made prestigious lists of the fastest growing, private-owned companies such as the Inc 500/5000, the Entrepreneur Hot 100, the Business Journal Hot 100 and many others. Russ Allred, MBA

Russ is the co-author of two published books on business development: The Family Business, and Best Practices of High Performance Entrepreneurs. He is the co-creator of the Hot100Business process that is increasing gross revenue and job growth in four states. He is the grant administrator and underwriter for a network of Sunbelt Business Brokers to SBDCs in the US and Community Futures in Canada. Russ was rookie of the year and a top performer at NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate for five years. Mr. Allred is adjunct faculty at Cal State Bakersfield and University of Lavern, where he teaches marketing and strategic management. He is a professional speaker and has spoken to thousands of business owners across North America.

Kirk J. Davis

Kirk enjoys leading forward thinking entrepreneurs to see the possibility of accelerating the growth of business through a high level of operational excellence. Kirk received his degree in public administration from the University of Hawaii and is an experienced business banker having worked for Bank of America and U.S. Bank in Tacoma, Washington. As a certified business advisor, Hot100Business instructor, and NxLevel Entrepreneur instructor he teaches a variety of college level business courses and is in demand as a public speaker.
